A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
My true passion for health and fitness started around 2013. I had just moved to Boston on a whim, didn't know anyone, and felt stuck in my gym routine, which was supposed to be my escape--my stress reliever. It wasn't long after I moved to Boston that I discovered the sport of CrossFit... and man, was that a humbling experience! I realized that I had no idea how to move my body. So when a coach would say "lift your elbows!", my initial thought was... "how?!". I was determined. I was excited. And I started taking classes... every single day. My friends had to FORCE me to take a rest day.

After discovering this passion, which I never knew that I had, it took off like a whirlwind. I started coaching CrossFit after receiving my CrossFit Level-1 Trainer Certification, and received my Bachelors in Exercise and Health Sciences. I coached group classes for a number of years, as well as some smaller group classes, and 1-on-1 personal training. I had found that all I wanted to do was help people move their bodies better, and live a healthier, more active and functional lifestyle.

It was just recently that I wanted to do nutrition coaching as well. I now have my Precision Nutrition Level-1 Certification, and plan to continue my education in other areas to be a well-rounded coach and professional in the health & fitness industry.

The health & fitness industry will always be changing. There will always be new fad diets, a new workout that everyone is trying, but with this, I will never stop learning. I will always do the research, put in the time to educate myself on various topics, and provide you with the best support possible. Both for your health and fitness, but also for your lifestyle as well. That is my promise to you.
